i’ve got my computer workin properly for compiling wii homebrew again YEY!!. any ways time for the releases i promised every one now there only been 1 change sence the official 1.4.1 release sadly and for a changelog i only have this.
for people that don’t know and are new to the wii scene and homebrew snes9xGX is in fact a Super Nintendo emulator for the wii, and with this you can load your snes roms from your external hard drive (usb drive wether it is flash or HDD) or SD card. this emulator like amny others is most perfered over nintendo’s VC because well it’s fully compatable with any control method meaning you don’t HAVE to have a special attachment you can litterally sit and play with the wii remote and nunchuck if you want. plus theres no limit to storage (aslong as you have an sd card or flash drive to have it all on) doesn’t take up Any of your nand storage leaveing room for the wiiware games. theres 1 other function that i personally like and it’s the video filter if your on a sd or hd tv you can use the soft filter to give it that pretty HD look.
R503scrollbar up/down buttons fixed
i take no credit for the code just for compiling it and putting it in a wad file. the wad is perfictly legal meaning there is NO nintendo code in it. it’s all lagit the wad channel is animated and i have personnaly tested it. it is still a good idea to have a copy of preloader and bootmii installed if you install the wad file.
to install the wad file simply use wad manager and install the wad
to install the dol simply make a file in your sd card or external storage and the dir should look alot like this
SD:\apps\snes9xGX
as for where u put your roms make a dir in the root of your storage you will be useing and call the file “Snes9xGX” in this file add another two files called “roms” and “saves” from there you can add your roms and if u wish to import saves you can.
anyhoo here ya are.
DOL-snes9xGX .dol file for HBC
